The Founder of The Car Consultant created the company out of experiencing multiple voids across all the industries of the automotive community. Having almost 20 years of experience in most of these industries. Owning dealerships, transportation companies, curation, asset management firms, and also being a broker helped with understanding of these issues first hand. Identifying the voids aided in the creation and design of the niche we set out to fill. The automotive community is so vast, he felt simplifying it was necessary. Giving his clients back their time and taking on the stresses of owning collectible, high end, exotic, rare, classic or even daily driven vehicles.

Collection Curation and Asset Management
We specifically tailor a program designed to best fit each individuals needs. Providing one curator for each client that will understand and get to know their particular clients automotive collection. That individual will handle every aspect focused on their specific clients collection. This is best experienced by scheduling with us a viewing of the clients collection to understand and tailor that specific program. No collection is to big or to small when understanding the demands of one’s collection. We have collections ranging from 2 cars to collections with over 50 cars. The Founder wanted to have services of a professional standard like that of a wealth manager for your money, a CPA for your taxes, or a house manager for your estate. We work closely with all of those services as well. Hand in hand with Estate managers, aiding in wealth management for the automotive assets, or simply helping create a 503c for large collections with their CPAs. The design is to provide one point of contact for a multitude of industries.
Sales, Consignments and Acquisitions
When selling your asset our consignment division is key. Having a large buyers network already in place and also having the right skill sets to maximize the exposure across many platforms. This also allows for us to field all the phone calls that can be time consuming and ultimately quite frustrating in the selling process. We can handle all aspects of the sales and closing process. We also have our own stand alone dealership to assist in these requests as well as a small experienced broker team.
Have a new acquisition in mind… our search team can lead the hunt to identify and acquire the cars of your dreams, especially if it is a rare, limited production vehicle or simply hard to find. We help in the due diligence process as well combing through the documents or simply authenticating the car. We can also help with finding the right attorney and escrow options if the car is unable to be seen in person. Depending on the level of purchase we will also travel ourselves to inspect in person.
Vehicle Exercise & Care
Every sophisticated machine must be periodically fired up to stay in prime operating condition. Therefore, we offer bespoke vehicle exercise programs that are designed specific to every clients’ vehicle(s) to ensure they are in proper working condition and turn key ready.
Storage
We provide a state of the art facility strategically located to provide our clients with any storage needs they may have. Delivering a climate controlled private storage facility. Housing all automotive needs indoors.
Documentation & Legal
Managing assets, acquisitions and sales requires astute understanding of document preparation and motor vehicle department requirements. We can advise on asset LLCs and other entities (e.g. 501(c)(3)s) to most efficiently acquire, enjoy and sell these assets. Other unique services include import customs, DMV and registration requirements.
Transport and Logistics
Should your activities/adventures require your vehicle(s) transported, we will ensure efficient and safe shipment of your prized possession(s). We can facilitate and coordinate the proper avenues needed with licensed and insured transportation carriers and/or vetted logistics firms.
Service Scheduling and Dealer Management
Ensuring your vehicle operates at peak-performance is paramount. That is why our top-of-the-line dealer management services and dealer relationships are designed to keep your vehicle(s) in precise working order. Also included in our curation services is constant updates on recalls and warranty claims on your assets. We keep track of every VIN number we curate to help better keep the particular asset in perfect condition. This also includes our very extensive vetted vendor list for any other needs like PPF, Tint, Wheels, Tires, etc…
DMV & Concierge Services
We understand the enthusiasm you have for your rare, historic and/or high-performance vehicle(s) extends well beyond driving. Therefore, we provide a full suite of services designed around managing your vehicle(s) as you would any of your other many investments. Including DMV services so our clients are never bothered by this inconvenience again.
